Do you feel like you are drowning in a sea of data? Do you have too much information to process and absorb? For many companies, the sheer volume and variety of data make it difficult to wade through it all and identify the insights you need.
One way of keeping relevant information collated and immediately available to the people who need it, is by using Alerts. The “Alerts Management” functionality enables you to define triggers for alerts and identify which users to send them to. The following enhancements delivered recently with SAP Business One make “Alerts Management” easier to handle and much more efficient:
The “Select” column enables you to select multiple alerts and apply the relevant option from the “Actions” menu button. From this menu you can set the selected alerts to “Active” or “Inactive”, you can remove irrelevant user alerts, or initiate the creation of a new user alert.
Available in Web Client for SAP Business One 10.0, and SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA. Please get in touch if you would like to upgrade to version 10.0.
