Time is the one thing we cannot see but are extremely aware of. We count it, spend it, manage it, measure it, miss it, and sometimes unfortunately, waste it. With every milestone, holiday, season change, day and night, we can’t ignore or deny that more time has gone by. With time being the most precious commodity, the completion of tasks, projects, and tests is always defined and measured within the boundaries of time. And the faster it is done, the greater the achievement. Living in such a time-driven world, timesheets are a key tool for recording and documenting time-consuming activities and tasks. Not only for the purpose of calculating salary but also for measuring efficiency, performance, etc. To better support these purposes, SAP Business One brings more flexibility to the timesheet by enabling you to assign Time Sheet Activity Types also when the Project Management module is not enabled (in Company Details > Basic Initialization tab):

SAP Business One Timesheets

This way, if relevant to your business, you can use activity types and maintain detailed and accurate timesheets without having to assign it to projects.

Available in SAP Business One 10.0 FP2202, and SAP Business One 10.0 FP2202, version for SAP HANA.
