It doesn’t really matter if you work in a paperless environment or whether you are a big fan of hard copies – at the end of the day, business activity is recorded in documents and transactions. Sometimes you are looking for a specific invoice or order, or you want to check a comment or other details, but the given document is not enough.

The Relationship Map in SAP Business One allows you to see the bigger picture. It provides document context in multiple levels:

You can switch views between document tree, posting details, related items, referenced documents, related blanket agreements, or pick lists. Each view reflects the respective Relationship Map, providing you with the big picture for the given document.

Your selections in the menu are recorded, and you can browse through it by using the “Go Back” and “Go Forward” buttons. The Relationship Map is available from within the context menu and in the “Go-To” menu.

Available in SAP Business One 10.0, and SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA. Please get in touch if you would like to upgrade to version 10.0.
