The Web Client is part of the SAP Business One 10.0 delivery, allowing you to use it side by side with the regular client and familiarise yourself with the modernised user interface (UI), new features and new ways to perform your tasks. Although when using the Web Client all the actions are recoded to the same company database, and the same business logic is applied (including authorisations and data ownership), the Web Client introduces new user experience and capabilities. You can of course, explore the Web Client and discover it all by yourself, or you can let the Web Assistant show you the way:

Clicking the “?” icon, opens the Web Assistant panel with context-sensitive information while you work. You can find context help, guided tours, what’s new, references to relevant pages in the user guide, and videos. To hide the Web Assistant elements, click the “?” icon again.

The Web Assistant content is available in all languages supported by SAP Business One and in three different colouring themes including high contrast. Changing the UI language or the colouring theme changes the Web Assistant language or UI theme accordingly.

Available in Web Client for SAP Business One 10.0, and SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA. Please get in touch if you would like to upgrade to version 10.0.
